Our gift card orders are processed manually by our hardworking team! Orders placed weekdays before 5PM EST are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 24 to 72 hours to process as they are processed on the next business day.

  • Do you offer online gift cards?
    • We offer emailed gift cards. You are able to purchase a card through the site and we would email a gift certificate on your behalf.
  • If I order a digital gift card, when will my gift card will be emailed?
    • Orders placed on weekdays before 5PM EST are typically processed and emailed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 24 to 72 hours, as they are processed on the next business day.
  • If I order a physical gift card, when will my gift card ship out?
    • Orders placed on weekdays before 5PM EST are typically processed and mailed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 24 to 72 hours, as they are processed on the next business day.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    • We currently offer First Class Mail (complimentary) and Priority Mail ($9.90). If you select the Priority Mail option, a tracking number will be provided.
  • How long will it take for my gift card to arrive?
    • Depending on the destination and shipping method you select, your gift card should arrive in 1-7 days after it has been shipped.
  • Can I use my gift card at any of your restaurants?
    • Yes! Your gift card may be used at any Metropolitan Hospitality Group restaurant: CIRCA, Open Road, TRIO, Él Bebe, Salt, and Heirloom.
